1. General conduct

Treat other players and staff with respect. Offensive language, hate speech, harassment, or inappropriate content in chat, character names, or houses will not be tolerated.

2. Accounts and security

Each player is responsible for their own account security. Never share your password and never enter your credentials on any site other than the official Lumimon website. Staff will never ask for your password.

3. Trading and items

Selling items, accounts, or points for real money outside the official shop is strictly forbidden. Scams and theft between players must be reported to the administration with evidence (screenshots/videos) for review.

4. Bugs and exploits

Found a bug? Report it to staff instead of exploiting it. Abusing server flaws for personal gain is a rule violation and may result in a ban.

5. Chat channel usage

The help channel must be used exclusively for game-related questions, without spoilers. Complaints, protests, or general conversation belong in the appropriate channels.

6. Purchases and donations

All purchases made in the website Shop are processed via PIX and delivered automatically the next time the character logs into the game. Donations are used to maintain and improve the server.

7. Moderation

The staff reserves the right to warn, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these terms, at their discretion, in order to keep a fair and pleasant environment for everyone.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. We recommend reviewing them periodically.
